cette vie je vis

by wensum24 @ 07/10/2005 - 12:59:44

Driving on that road again
foggy overblown and staggered
to overcome all the pain
groggy overwhelmed and haggered

Arriving at that place again
weary weak and hurting
to overcome all the pain
nearly beat and fading

Resting in that room again
cold numb and monitored
to overcome all the pain
heart drum and shattered

Leaving that place again
warm indifferent and alive
to overcome all the pain
drawn indomitable, this life!

30-40 vision

Well, the journey from Norwich to Luton is, in a word, arduous, as there is no clean or logical route that guides you like it does to London, it is like walking across freshly harvested wheat stubble, but walking through it, rather than along it, constant stops, lurches, irritations, and regret. Can anyone tell me why there are soooo many speed cameras in Baldock/Royston/Letchworth/Hatfield/Luton? I know they are everywhere, but these towns have more than I have seen anywhere else, hence my nervousness to exceed 29mph...and everyone else the same!
Lovely towns, but the numerous speed cameras make me feel like an intruder...sorry.

I'm awaiting medication now, which will, hopefully, settle me down, bring my blood pressure to near normality, and ease any strain on the ticker.

My friend called me many times, and then appeared and offered me a (daijoubu) hug. What a perfect moment.
Well, I never realised months ago, that two things would happen;
1, I would become so ill.
2, That blogging would be an outlet of healing, and also a community of some truly lovely and kind people...thank you for your kindness blog buddies, you are stars!
