I build up castles.
I tear down mountains.
I make some men blind,
I help others to see.
What am I?

What am I ?
A world away
a moment to see you
a lifetime of feeling
a second to see you
a second to change my life
a lifetime to change in a second
As SIMPLE as you and me...
Humbly uncomplicated beginning's
I love you...in my wet hair
I love you...in the misty morning air
I imagine you...as you lay there
I imagine you...when I can't be there
I see you...as you give me your care
I see you...as you stand and stare
I hear you...your flat feet on the floor
I hear you...your soft sounding occasional snore
I need you...as I fall from grace
I need you...as I hide my agonised face
I want you...to be what I'm not
I want you...to see what I've got
I feel you...everytime I fear the worst
I feel you...everytime my heart does burst
I reach you...when my mind runs away
I reach you...when my head turns the other way
I am you...it's plain to see
I am you...as these simple words may be
I touch you...when everything is to give
I touch you...when it's all I have to live
I found you...finding myself like this
I found you...when loneliness I could dismiss
I called you...one moment asunder
I called you...pursuant-nexus-together
I visited you...flight-heat-exhileration
I visited you...16 hours, touchdown, new chapter begun
I met you...surrounded by heat-hazes, unfamiliar faces, and you
I met you...world ceased, silent disorder, sweetened by you
I held you...embracing; my landing-your takeoff
I held you...petite, black hair ribboned , gray, violet and light steel blue
I gave you...my entity, being...soul
I gave you...unequivocally...a life-patterned goal
Together...heat forgotten-new paths trodden
Together...I lay to rest beside you, besotten
Together...safest place I've been
Together...moments above all others...serene
the simple taste is easiest to satisfy
such satisfaction hardest to satisfy
Today, I love all the European countries equally...I have my deep love of England the country that has given me most years, France, the country that has the deepest family genes, (though diminishing sadly), Germany, which has the family members of youngest years, Italy, a nation which I resemble most in features, from family of centuries old...Tuscany to Dunkerque, to here, today, but not gone tomorrow.

closing my eyes I'm guided by you,
opening my eyes I'm blinded by you
covering my eyes I'm touched by you
Rubbing my eyes I have you
