The valley's
the trees
and monastries
leading the way
blessing
a memory
you've been seen'
touched
and cherished
in passing
no loss
with the soul's
lust for life
beauty remains

The World as we see it
cherished and shared
though all too often
unable to be sparedThe glade of nature's way
now reborn as a road name
a tract of present decay
as new custodians lust after fameHumans ability exposed
-battles can be won-
yet waging war on nature
is defeat unto one -

The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a green thing that stands in the way. Some see nature all ridicule and deformity . . . and some scarce see nature at all. But to the eyes of the man of imagination, nature is imagination itself.
William Blake
Had a succession of therapies yesterday, all of which make me hurt double, but also learned that my very necessary/now essential operation will "not be performed for the foreseeable future, due to lack of funds". They added that this flagship hospital needs to meet 'financial targets' in the first instance.
Money over health, in other words.Anyway, enough about me, how are you all?
