A good night's sleep and now I'm off to see the Dr again, but only for routine checks; funnny isn't it, now they look after me so well....only after the near fatal disasters and mistakes of the past year.
I suppose I'm lucky, and should take comfort from such a fact, I don't know, as I can't see too far ahead, and don't want to look back, but simply take each day as it comes, as it is, for that is much safer, and a recipe for a happier living, and a more realistic and tangible recovery.
