Good afternoon lieblings,

It's lovely and sunny here in Norwich, and I've just completed some therapy for my arms and neck, hence my being able to type and blog for a few petty minutes.
I'm still desperately weak, and can hardly move at all.

I've included a sumptuous video below, which is my current favourite song, and is also a graphic masterpiece, (which mirrors my own feelings right now), so please take a coffee, a tea, latte, ribena or lucozade, sit back, chill, and enjoy 6 minutes for yourself...you'll feel better, you know you will. :yes:

Just a thought and probably more trouble than it's worth, but have you tried a speech-to-text program?

Does the title mean, it is lovely?

While you can use your limbs you should make every effort to maintain the facility you have Ed. It is, as I am sure you know, a little muscular exercise that is worth doing.

Speech recognition programmes are fine for people who don't have your abilities with language and practical typing, some who are too lazy in some cases, (though indeed, not all) to even try to obtain development. Can you imagine how long such a programme would take to learn sequacious! I don't know of any loquacious speech recognition software.

Dear Ed, you in my mind.

Had not started the video as I wanted to put on earphones, pull volume at atmost and try to "see" what your favourite song goes like.

But I have no more home and little belongins, so awaiting earhones to pop up somewhere I clicjed start reading : So WAS I ASTONISHED and spell bound to find spine cuts upon starting to warch the proposed visual masterpiece !!!

Popping moving spine rings qwitching around. then getting sowhat else, round and confortable until magnified and amplified movement I had to stop so cheerful was it as a program for time near to come...

I must find ear plugs before I go on my own deaf reading of your favourite sond and its visual masterpiece as you are one yourself.

Watching tv program on cancer I'm sacredly dumb spelled to understand such obvious differences berween medecine here in europe and in Cuba !!!

Ed, I really want to open new doors to you after this major intervention. It'll be the last I do to enhance your healing on earth.

I know, I'm again putting my weight on you (better not know how muchfor your little juge heart)§§§ but i rather be big mouth than just careless and not minding.

Dear Ed, Days go by.

May Spinal Surgery 3 (and not 4as I was reading backwards) had a satysfying result for your body to repair in good conditions. As for mental repair even when times seem to make it so far away, human mind and yours specially can surprise you.

Too weak to come for some time. We will wait thinking of you at this window sill, sending you all positive thought and healing waves in peaceful calmness circling you in patience.
